1. Never wear blue: no blue jeans or blue shirts. 9. Be professional with inmate patient and CDCR
    staff, no discussion of pay rate or pay
    comparison.
2. Wear as little metal as possible: no nose rings
    or dangling ear rings.
3. Sign in and sign out at the front gate daily,
    be sure to work or stay 8-hours, no early
    or late entrances. Be punctual.
10. Be kind, courteous, considerate, and nice to
    everyone at CDCR institutions including the
    inmates, guards, state nurses, state doctors,
    your fellow NOAH doctors and nurses…we all
    have a job to do, do yours with pride, be part
    of the solution not a part of the problem.
4. No consensual sex with male or females
    inmate or patients.
5. No gift exchange between inmate patients
    and NOAH staff.
11. Fax your NOAH encounter forms promptly at
    the end of the month (last day, not 3-5 days
    later) to the Medical Director at (831)536-
    1767. Number the pages of your Encounter
    form and match them against your calendar
    to be sure that there is a form for each day of
    work done. Keep a copy of the forms for your
    records.
6. No transportation of letters, gifts, drugs, for
    inmate patients by NOAH staff
7. No fraternization between inmate patients and
    NOAH staff.
8. No discussion of crime and punishment of
    inmate and NOAH staff, our function at CDCR
    is healthcare delivery not adjudication of
    cases.
